Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, legally authorized, and suitable artwork. Lucky Copiers is not responsible for errors in customer-provided content, including spelling, contact details, colours, logos, images, prices, dates, or missing information. Changes after production begins may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Where a digital proof, sample, preview, or artwork approval is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before production.

Approval by the customer confirms acceptance of the artwork and specifications.

Once the customer approves the artwork, Lucky Copiers may proceed with production.

Any errors approved by the customer may not be considered the responsibility of Lucky Copiers.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and/or revised delivery timelines.

7. Materials and Product Specifications

Printing and signage products may be produced using different materials depending on the customer’s requirements.

Material characteristics may vary naturally.

For example, differences may occur in:

• Surface finish.

• Colour.

• Flexibility.

The exact material and specifications applicable to an order will depend on the quotation or agreed requirements.

8. Payment Terms

11. Inspection and Complaints

Customers should inspect the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.

If a customer believes an order contains a manufacturing or printing defect, the customer should contact Lucky Copiers promptly with relevant details and, where appropriate, photographs or other evidence.

Errors resulting from customer-approved artwork or incorrect information supplied by the customer may not qualify as production defects.
